A Tribute to a Great Teacher

Without Ken O'Connor as a teacher, I couldn't have done much, and that goes for the rest of us too.

Spencer Wright's WALT'S OASIS podcast talks with and about Disney artists, past and present, and analyzes Disney animation. I was profiled earlier this year and recommend it highly. Spencer is a thoughtful interviewer who asks the right questions.

Sometimes there's too much information about a subject for just one podcast. Walt's Oasis will soon feature an artist's career in SIX parts: there will be original, unique interviews with coworkers, students, and family members of master art director/layout artist Ken O'Connor.

Episodes of WALT'S OASIS air each Thursday. The O'Connor series begins on December 5th, 2024 and contines on December 12th, 19th, and 26th, 2024. The last two episodes will drop on January 2nd and 9th, 2025.
